Return policy

If Your ordered goods didn't fit or You don't like it You can return it in 14 days, except for headbands, bands and socks which are considered as underwear. The returns are free of charge in Lithuania. For other countries it depends from country post office price list. Returned goods will be replaced or refunded.

Returned goods must meet these conditions:

- Goods wasn't used.
- Goods wasn't damaged.
- Goods are in their original undamaged package (clothes in their transparent bag, shoes in their original box, ec.).
- Goods are with all their original tags.
- Goods are of full complectation.

We do not warranty if:

- Item defect was cause by unintentional or intentional damage.
- Item defect was caused because of careless or inappropriate use.
- Item was used not for its intended purposes (playing outdoor with indoor shoes).
- Item was worn out naturally. (Usually basketball shoes are worn out by 3 months of use).

Exchange/Refund procedure

Returned goods are checked if met all the requirements above.

If price of the bought and exchanged goods differs the difference is either paid or refunded.

In case of refund, it is issued within 9 working days.
